Terms of Service
Last updated 1 October 2026
In short
- Sigglio finds Upwork jobs for you and drafts proposals with AI. You decide what gets sent, and you are responsible for it.
- Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends.
- Your profiles, proposals and data stay yours. We use them only to run Sigglio for you.
- Sigglio is independent: it is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Upwork.
1. Who we are and this agreement
Sigglio is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered office address] (“Sigglio”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of sigglio.com, the Sigglio app, and our browser extensions (together, “the Service”).
By creating a workspace, starting a trial or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you use Sigglio for a company or agency, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
2. Who can use Sigglio
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Sigglio is built for freelancers, agencies and businesses that work on Upwork; it is not meant for personal, household use.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, including your billing country, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your workspace, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us straight away at hello@sigglio.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
4. What Sigglio does, and what it doesn't
- Job discovery. We collect publicly listed Upwork jobs and show you the ones that match your profiles. We can't promise that every job on Upwork will appear, or how quickly.
- AI drafts. Proposals are written by an AI model from your profile and the job. AI can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Read and edit every draft before you send it; what you submit is your responsibility.
- Submitting proposals. Sigglio does not sign in to your Upwork account. You submit proposals yourself or, on Enterprise, a Sigglio Business Manager you invite to your Upwork agency submits the proposals you have approved, on your behalf and on your instructions.
- No guaranteed results. We don't promise that you will win work, get replies, or earn any amount.
5. Upwork
Sigglio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Upwork Inc. “Upwork” is a trademark of Upwork Inc.
Your Upwork account is governed by Upwork's own terms. You are responsible for using it (including anything you submit with Sigglio's help) in line with those terms. We are not responsible for decisions Upwork takes about your account.
6. Plans, trials and payment
- Monthly plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. The price and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page when you buy.
- Free trial. A plan may start with a 14-day free trial. We take your card details at the start and charge the plan's price when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Each workspace can have one free trial.
- Who takes your payment. Outside India, our reseller Paddle.com sells the subscription to you as merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax, VAT or GST, and issues the invoice, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply. In India, payments go through Razorpay and we are the seller.
- Taxes. Prices are shown before tax. Tax is added on top: 18% GST in India, and elsewhere the VAT, GST or sales tax for your country. You see the price, the tax and the total before you pay.
- Changing plan. To move to another plan, email us at hello@sigglio.com. Enterprise is agreed with our team.
- Failed payments. If a renewal can't be charged, the payment provider will retry. If it still fails, your plan ends and your workspace moves to no plan until you subscribe again.
- Price changes. We will tell you before a price change affects your plan. It applies from your next renewal after that notice.
7. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling during a free trial ends the trial straight away, with no charge.
After your paid period ends, your workspace's content (Upwork profiles, keywords, templates and proposal history) is kept for 14 days and then permanently deleted. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Sigglio: profiles, case studies, templates, notes and proposals. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to write your drafts, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.
The drafts Sigglio writes for you are yours to use. We don't use your content to advertise, and we don't sell it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam, misleading proposals, or anything unlawful, abusive or infringing through Sigglio;
- use Sigglio in a way that breaks Upwork's terms or anyone else's rights;
- get around plan limits, share one account between separate businesses, or resell the Service without our agreement;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
- upload malware, or interfere with the security of the Service.
10. Suspension and ending the agreement
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts other customers or the Service at risk, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. You can stop using Sigglio at any time by cancelling.
11. Changes to the Service
Sigglio keeps developing. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something that is a main part of your plan, we will tell you in advance.
12. Disclaimer
We work hard to keep Sigglio available and accurate, but the Service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don't give warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that job data and AI drafts will be complete or correct.
13. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost contracts or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
14. Your responsibility to us
If a third party makes a claim against us because of content you submitted or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Sigglio after that, the new terms apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [City], India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your own country gives you.
