Refund Policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
In short
- Try Sigglio free for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- Cancel any time: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
- We don't refund part-used months, but if something went wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
1. Free trial
Plans that include a free trial are free for the first 14 days. We take your card details at the start and charge the plan's price when the trial ends. Cancel from Settings before then and you won't be charged at all; the trial ends as soon as you cancel.
2. Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan and everything in it until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
3. Refunds
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Because you can cancel before any renewal, we don't refund the unused part of a month.
We will refund a payment, in full or in part, when:
- you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had cancelled;
- a billing error on our side charged you the wrong amount;
- Sigglio was unavailable, or didn't work as described, for a significant part of the period you paid for;
- the law of your country gives you a right to one.
Outside these cases, we consider every request fairly and may refund at our discretion.
4. How to ask
Email hello@sigglio.com within 30 days of the payment, from the address you use for Sigglio, with your workspace name and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two working days.
5. What happens after a refund
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
- A full refund ends the plan straight away. A partial refund leaves your plan running until the end of the period.
- Outside India, payments are taken by our reseller Paddle, which issues the refund, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply. In India, refunds are made through Razorpay.
6. Before disputing a charge
Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a payment: we can usually sort it out faster, and every dispute is reviewed by a person on our team. See also our Terms of Service.
